4. Disclaimer of Warranty

We offer a 12-month limited warranty on all our products for manufacturing defects. This includes issues with clasps, settings, or structural faults not resulting from misuse, normal wear, or accidental damage.

• If a fault is identified within the warranty period, customers are eligible for a free repair, replacement, or full refund, subject to assessment by our team.

• Customers must notify us within 14 days of discovering the issue and provide photos and proof of purchase.

  Care and Maintenance Guidelines:

  • We strongly advise removing all jewellry (rings, bracelets, necklaces) before engaging in any sports, vigorous activities (e.g., running, Pilates, weightlifting), or household chores (e.g., cleaning, dish washing, gardening) where the item could be caught or struck.

  • Settings that protrude (such as prongs or claws) are especially vulnerable to being snagged or damaged. Only “flush-set” or “set-in” designs (where stones sit level with the metal surface) present a lower risk in such activities—but we still recommend removing them whenever possible.

  • Avoid exposing your jewellry to harsh chemicals (e.g., chlorine, bleach, household cleaners), extreme temperatures, or abrasive surfaces. Use a soft, lint-free cloth for routine cleaning and store each piece individually in a soft pouch or lined jewelry box to prevent scratches or tangling.

  • Regularly check prongs, clasps, and settings for looseness; if you detect any movement, stop wearing the piece immediately and contact us for an inspection.

• Warranty Exclusions Clarification:

  • Our 12-month limited warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, neglect, improper cleaning, or failure to follow the Care and Maintenance Guidelines above.

  • Damage caused by wearing jewelry during sports, exercise, heavy lifting, or any activity where settings can be caught or struck is considered misuse. Claims for stones lost, bent prongs, scratched surfaces, or broken settings under these circumstances will not be covered by the warranty.

  • “Normal wear” refers only to minor surface scratches or slight loosening over time when pieces are worn under everyday, low-impact conditions—these are not grounds for warranty claims.

  • Accidental damage (e.g., dropping a ring on a hard surface, stepping on a bracelet) is likewise excluded.

  • Any stones reset or repairs conducted by third parties without prior authorization from Justdiamondsonline.com will void the warranty.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Justdiamondsonline.com, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of our website or products.
